Theorem is looking for a motivated craftsperson to join our global team of 200+ professionals to support our growing distributed services business. We are on a mission to dismantle the traditional consulting ecosystem and replace it with an effective framework for innovation that transforms the way businesses think about and solve problems from the inside out.

THE TEAM

Theorem Talent Acquisition hires full-time team members all over the world to join our fully distributed team of craftspeople. The team is made up of Recruiters, Coordinators, Talent Assessors, and Talent Advocates. We have big ambitions but ensure that we are always working in the most collaborative, supportive manner possible so we succeed as a team. Last year we hired over 70 team members and this year we are on track to hire 125+.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are someone who has operated in the technical or management consulting industry. 
  • You understand a wide range of roles and can coach others on what to look for in talent. 
  • You are not afraid to jump in and get your hands dirty to start a project or support a team member. You know how to support hiring managers, consulting with them so they get what they are looking for while you follow your own process. 
  • You are decisive and can coach others through making decisions when there are many competing factors.
  • You have opinions about tooling and process and get excited to make changes

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will mature, scale, and document the talent acquisition process
  • You will guide the team and help them grow
  • You will coach and support hiring managers
  • You will operate the day to day team to ensure that candidate pipelines are operating with the correct velocity and capacity 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Direct manager of Theorem recruiters and coordinators
  • Recruit for one-off or high-level positions
  • Communicate the mission and culture of Theorem to candidates, passive and active
  • Perform in-depth screenings to assess a candidate's cultural fit, level of interest, technical fit, and qualifications against the needs of each role
  • Collaborate with a distributed recruitment team to ensure coverage of all roles.
  • Collaborate in a distributed environment to ensure the needs of each hiring manager are met

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • 5+ years experience as a technical recruiter
  • 1+ years of experience as a team lead or manager
  • Direct experience doing Technical consulting (as an Engineer, Designer, Product Manager, or Project Manager) a major plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
