Parade is hiring a Production Manager to drive the development & production of our Creative Basics intimates and apparel as well as our packaging and hard goods.  This role is critical to supporting Parade’s seamless product expansion plans.  You will report directly to the Head of Production.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for driving the development & production of our Creative Basics line through daily vendor communication and cross-functional coordination. 
  • Drive for continuous improvement and the most sustainable and efficient method of production while optimizing around high-paced product delivery demands. 
  •  Manage costing improvements and coordinate materials and apparel vendors to adhere to all deadlines for development, fit approval, sample dates, and production, and delivery.  
  • Responsible for ordering packaging and all collateral and merchandise needs included in Parade shipments, collaborating with the Brand & Community teams to determine monthly marketing needs. 
  • Responsible for timely and clear updates on product development & production status - ensuring team visibility and enrollment.

Who You Are

  • You have 5-7 years of Production/Product Development experience.
  • You have expertise in intimates raw materials & garment development and production (bras, bralettes, underwear, lingerie).
  • You have experience driving sustainability initiatives with a focus on raw materials and production.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, readily adapting to continually changing priorities, nuanced feedback, and aggressive development timelines.  Must be a team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.  Must be engaged, passionate, and an independent and self-directed worker with strong time management skills. You have an aptitude to prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • You live in the details while having the capacity to conceptualize the big picture.
  • Excellent communication skills with overseas vendors as well as cross-functional teams.  You have an ability to enroll and encourage.
