Aircall is looking for an outstanding Partner Account Manager to help build and develop our Partner program in the UK and Ireland, across the SaaS and telecom ecosystems. 

Reporting to the Head of Channel UK, you will be responsible for the growth and development of Existing Partnerships as well as acquiring New Partners. You will drive them through our Partner program, onboarding and enabling the partner to be successful. Your main goal will be to work hand-in-hand with our Channel Partners to generate New Revenue.

We are looking for a Talented Professional with strong Business Development experience with a SaaS and/or Telecoms background of strategic sales or channel partner development - who is seeking a startup experience and is eager for professional development.

You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and interacting with senior-level partner executives.

This will be initially a Remote working based role, with the view to being part remote/part office based, at the point in time when the new Aircall UK office is opened.

Your missions @Aircall :

  • Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with the Aircall channel partner community, including SaaS, SI’s, Telecom Master Agents, VARs, and other consultants / Resellers
  • Meet and exceed pipeline as well as revenue quota from your portfolio of channel partners
  • Structure, negotiate and execute deals with Existing/ Prospective Channel partners
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our Channel Partner program and go-to-market
  • Understand our vision, solution offering, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy and effectively communicate these to partners
  • Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to identify high value opportunities and create partner enablement content and infrastructure
  • Prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations/demos to accelerate channel partners enablement, acquisition and revenues

A little more about you :

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Development 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the SaaS or Telecom industry
  • Strong Rapport building 
  • Experience in working/leveraging Marketing for campaign management
  • ‘‘Farmer” mindset with the ability to generate partner referral opportunities whilst also developing long-term partner relationships
  • Fluent in English, French is an advantage
  • Used and good understanding of CRMs, specifically; Salesforce, Zendesk and Hubspot
  • Ability to bring new ideas  
  • Willingness to travel in region as needed
