Our client is a European outdoor consumer products group that has multiple brands through acquisition. We have been engaged to support the development of their “direct to user” capabilities and wider digital transformation. Within this,we are developing a new operating model across the areas of Marketing and Online. We have developed the high level organisation design and now need to work on the more detailed organisation covering role level responsibilities, ways of working and role mapping into the new structure.
