Your mission

We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead our mid-market and enterprise targeted growth approach to acquisition and retention to the 250 mid-market and enterprise accounts in the UK homecare market. You will be working within our cross-functional mid-market & enterprise squad. This means you'll be working closely with sales, customer success and content people to build and implement a targeted strategy and approach dedicated to acquiring and growing a specific set of target accounts and contacts within them.

  • Own our mid-market and enterprise lead generation by deploying targeted campaigns to strategic accounts
  • Research, build and prioritise target accounts based on opportunity
  • Lead the creation, implementation and execution of ABM marketing programmes and methodologies (1:1/1-2-few/...)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales team and proactively engage with sales team members to ensure strong alignment and coordination
  • Work closely with content to craft personalised messaging to deliver the right message and content to the right person in targeted accounts
  • Define and track KPIs, optimise campaigns and report on performance with data and insights
  • Run the implementation of automation, lead scoring and attribution models in ABM tools
  • Create and execute marketing plans for targeted lists of accounts in order to deepen account engagement

Requirements

🀩 We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have 4+ years of experience in Demand Gen (with 1 focused on ABM) in B2B marketing within mid-market software/SaaS.
  • Have a proven track record of creating, executing, and optimising account-based campaigns that drove strong demand and growth.
  • Have experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams as well as with Content and Product Marketing teams.
  • Have experience using ABM Tools and marketing automation (we use Hubspot) to capture, track and report on leads.
  • Have a track record of implementation within the boundaries of GDPR and PECR.
  • Have strong attention to detail, project management, and time management skills.
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment built around accountability and autonomy.
  • Are an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills to drive and motivate a team with diverse backgrounds and skills.
  • Are highly independent and self-motivated with a hunger to learn and develop.
  • Are passionate about Growth Marketing and ABM and are constantly looking to learn and improve your skills.
