Do you love story-telling? Do you want to help connect people to the place they love to work? We're looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about writing and crafting employee stories. This role will highlight what it's like to work for and showcase our company culture through blog posts and content on our public-facing people pages.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about celebrating our people and company achievements and spotlighting the voices of our employees.

Some things you'll do

  • Bring our Employer Brand to life through content creation, highlighting our people, culture, vision, and values.
  • Discover unexpected and compelling employee stories through interviews and amplify via our Employer Brand channels.
  • Establish a content calendar and cadence of posts to publish at least two new blog posts per month and ensure we have a mix of content.
  • Partner with the Operations leadership team and hiring managers to reach our targeted audiences.

Our mission at is to power automated communication that people like to receive. Today over 3,500 internet businesses use to manage, send, and track performance of email, SMS, and push notifications. Unlike typical marketing platforms, helps businesses increase relevance by using behavioral data: what people do or don’t do when logged in to a web or mobile app.

We are offering a starting salary of $80,000 - $85,000 USD depending on experience and subject to local market rate adjustment.
