Parade is seeking a College Lead to develop, launch and own our college program of brand ambassadors with digital and local unique real life experiences to amplify launches and connect with our customers to drive the Parade college community. This role will report directly to the Head of Community & Affiliate.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead strategy, development and execution of college programming that aligns with local and geographic marketing goals
  • Partner closely with Brand Partnership and Events Lead and Finance to ensure projected goals are met
  • Participate in brainstorm meetings with Brand and Growth teams to develop and pitch partner activations within events that deliver on KPIs
  • Own college gifting- product, merchandise and collateral operations
  • Manage shared internal resources and external vendors, including cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Collaborate with design, brand, social, community and growth teams to build cohesive, multi-channel marketing & PR plans to amplify events
  • Direct communications, logistics and timelines with agencies, freelancers, logistics, programming, talent, and production for events Liaise with finance, strategy, and legal departments to process contracts and payments
  • Travel to events, college campuses, and external meetings as needed
  • Conduct experiential market research and provide recommendations for innovation
  • Compile college digital and real life event recaps and optimization suggestions 

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in college community building, experiential marketing, event production, and partnership negotiation
  • Ability to multitask, anticipate project needs, prioritize deliverables, share crucial information, set and manage deadlines
  • Exceptional storytelling skills and fluency in filtering, structuring, and presenting Excellent managerial and mentorship skills - to grow, develop and retain top talent
  • Thrive in a in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for problem-solving - top down and bottom up
  • Team player who is adept at navigating and managing cross-functional teams and relationships
  • Deep knowledge of digital media
