Parade is seeking a Brand Partnership and Events Lead to own brand events and unique real life experiences to amplify launches and connect with our customers to drive the Parade community. This role will report directly to the Head of Brand Marketing. The ideal candidate for this role has deep consumer direct marketing experience, relentlessly pursues execution and impact, and is also a great leader, and collaborator.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead strategy, development and execution of events programming that aligns with company goals. 
  • Build and manage P&L for events, working closely with the Finance to ensure projected goals are met
  • Lead RFP process for Parade events, vetting agencies, venues, vendors and presenting top choices for approval
  • Participate in brainstorm meetings with Brand and Growth teams to develop and pitch partner activations within events that deliver on KPIs
  • Manage shared internal resources and external vendors, including cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Collaborate with design, brand, social, community and growth teams to build cohesive, multi-channel marketing & PR plans to amplify events
  • Direct communications, logistics and timelines with agencies, freelancers, logistics, programming, talent, and production for events while ensuring all remain within budget
  • Liaise with finance, strategy, and legal departments to process contracts and payments
  • Travel to events and external meetings as needed
  • Conduct experiential market research and provide recommendations for innovation

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, and partnership negotiation
  • Ability to multitask, anticipate project needs, prioritize deliverables, share crucial information, set and manage deadlines
  • Exceptional storytelling skills and fluency in filtering, structuring, and presenting Excellent managerial and mentorship skills - to grow, develop and retain top talent
  • Thrive in a in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for problem-solving - top down and bottom up
  • Team player who is adept at navigating and managing cross-functional teams and relationships
  • Deep knowledge of digital media
