Brave is on a mission to save privacy on the web. We make a web browser which protects privacy by blocking tracking by default, right out of the box. We have introduced the first global Private Ads platform, and are scaling our global ad operations needs to serve to the +190 countries where Brave Ads are supported. Brave is a start-up, and we have the ability to change plans quickly in response to new information or circumstances. This means that new needs can emerge on short notice, and projects are often re-mixed and adjusted in response to new input.

This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational hire in the newly created Ad Ops team at Brave Software!  The Ad Operations Manager role will allow you to manage Ad Campaigns and support Sponsored Image Operations in multiple countries for our innovative Global Private Ad Platform and will also provide career advancement opportunities as we grow!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Sponsored Image operations and support; focus: EMEA zone
  • Direct and Network campaign operations and support
  • House campaign operations and support
  • Brave Offers curation and support: EMEA zone
  • Ad Reviews, Campaign QA and Self-Serve Regional Support
  • Primary coverage zones are the EMEA, with additional global coverage as needed
  • Ideal candidate is based in the Western EU zone or can support all EMEA time zones. Remote is possible if hours fit within coverage zone.
  • Bi-lingual / multilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.

Required qualifications: 

  • Must have 2 - 7 years work experience in Ad Operations.
  • Strong experience in managing Media Campaigns on time and within budget
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ad serving technology is a must; including Google Ads, Doubleclick, Freewheel and other common ad operations tools and technology.
  • Able to provide superior customer service and interact with people at all levels.
  • Strong experience in managing Media Campaigns on time and within budget
  • Experience working with global enterprise clients is a plus.
  • Passionate about digital media and advertising.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excited about making efficient, organized processes to improve workflows.
  • Able to support new Commercial Services and set up revenue end points
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple responsibilities and tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity and comfort working with HTML, Javascript and CSS.
  • Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent additional experience desired
